Amey KasbeSoftware Engineer

Amey Kasbe is a Software Engineer at the Querrey Simpson Institute for Bioelectronics (QSIB) at Northwestern University. He develops and maintains software systems that enable real-time data acquisition, processing, and visualization for bioelectronics research. His work spans embedded firmware, mobile applications, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems. His contributions help researchers efficiently analyze physiological data, leading to advancements in wearable and implantable medical devices.
Before joining QSIB, he interned at Apple on the CI Tech Tools Infrastructure and Restore team, where he worked on improving CI/CD workflows by developing a web-based application that automated the analysis of large-scale build and test logs.
He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and specializes in web application development, iOS development, and high-performance computing.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and chess.
