Prism Li is the Lab Coordinator at the Querrey Simpson Institute for Bioelectronics (QSIB) at Northwestern University. She oversees the operational and safety infrastructure that supports QSIB’s diverse research environments, including cleanrooms and dry labs. Her role spans inventory and supply management, package handling, chemical waste coordination, desk and bench assignments, and weekly lab cleanups—ensuring day-to-day lab activities run smoothly and in compliance with institutional standards.
Prism also manages scheduling for shared facilities and coordinates quarterly internal reporting and presentations across QSIB teams. With a background in materials science and hands-on experience in academic research, she brings a systems-oriented mindset to lab operations, bridging the gap between technical execution and logistical coordination.
As QSIB continues to grow, Prism plays a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and collaborative environment for over 100 researchers, staff, and students contributing to cutting-edge innovation in bioelectronics.
